Kopiah Raya~

Recently, my time was occupied with crocheting kopiah for Hari Raya. It was exciting!! I love crochet projects that involve changing yarn colours because it reduces boredom and sleepiness due to the extra work  needed on stitch calculations:-) 

I hope these kopiahs fit their owner. Enjoy the pictures

Ramadhan and Kopiah

It's Ramadhan! Happy fasting to all muslims and may this Ramadhan be the best Ramadhan in our lives!

I made 2 kopiah last weekend.Enjoy some pictures!

Ayu's order

Ayu had requested for a dome-like kopiah for her beloved grandfather. I've tried my best to make one and alhamdulillah, my first trial was a success:-) I hope her grandfather likes it! 

and this kopiah is requested by my eldest sister, for her special someone. I hope that someone likes it:-)

InsyaAllah, kali ini saya nak share pattern untuk kopiah, versi dwiwarna yang ada nama seperti gambar di atas

Material:

hook size 0 (saya guna steel hook brand tulip, harga kurang dari RM 1, boleh dibeli di mana-mana kedai bunga dan peralatan menjahit:-)

benang Nona Kelabu (no 18) dan Putih (no 51)

saiz: kanak-kanak 7-10 tahun

note:

dc-double crochet

sc-single crochet

ch-chain

(setiap kali habis satu round, slip stitch pada atas sc/dc di permulaan round, dan chain 1 (single crochet) atau chain 2(double crochet). sc/dc pada stitch yang sama untuk memulakan round baru)

Round 1: 8 sc (8)

Round 2: 2dc in each sc (16)

Round 3: *2 dc in each of the next 2dc, chain 1* Repeat * 7 times (32 dc, 8 chain 1 spaces)

Round 4: *dc, 2 dc in each of the next 2dc, dc, chain 1* Repeat 7 times (48 dc, 8 chain 1 spaces)

Round 5: *2dc, 2dc in next stitch, 3dc, chain 1* Repeat 7 times (56 dc, 8 chain 1 spaces)

Round 6: *3dc, 2dc in next stitch, 3dc, chain 1* Repeat 7 times (64 dc, 8 chain 1 spaces)

(tambah benang putih)

Round 7: *3dc, 2dc in next 2 stitches, 3dc, change yarn colour(putih), dc in chain 1 space, change yarn (kelabu)*.Repeat *7 times. (88)

Round 8: slip stitch, ch 2, *8dc, change yarn colour(putih). dc, 2dc, dc, change yarn colour again (kelabu)*. Repeat *7 times (96)

Round 9: slip stitch, ch 2, *6dc, change yarn colour. 2dc, 2dc in each of the next 2 stitches, 2dc, change yarn colour again* Repeat 7 times (112)

Round 10: slip stitch, ch 2, *4dc, change yarn colour. 4dc, 2dc in the next stitch, 4dc, change yarn colour again* Repeat 7 times (120)

Tak ada penambahan stitch lagi

Round 11: (putih) dc in each stitch (120)

Round 12 :(kelabu) dc in each stitch (120)

Kopiah and hat~

These kopiahs and hat are ordered by Kak jaja, for her beautiful children:-) have a look~

Kak Jaja had asked for a grey hat in the first place, but it seemed that I missed the info. my bad...

however, after showing this hat to her, she said that she likes the pink version so much and there's a no need for me to make a new one...:-) tqvm!!

kopiahs for Ammar and Adam.. I hope they fit the boys well..

Kopiah

Kopiah is one of the earliest crochet items I've made. The first kopiah was made for my brother who then caught his tuition teacher's attention when he wore it to class. His teacher then ordered a kopiah for her grandson and guess what, she was my first customer ever... thank you cikgu!
